Google Caffeine Algorithm
Last month, Google announced the completion of their new algorithm for indexing web called caffeine. The old algorithm would consist of Google updating their algorithm every few weeks or so. Google Caffeine will analyze the web in small portions and update their index on a continual daily basis.

The main difference now is that the spider has crawles site is based on the ranking of keywords to make sure and give the best results. Before it was possible to get around Banana's website rank in search results for "Mango". It 's still a temporary measure until it is indexed. If there arn't keyword matching tags on the site with text on the page, your temporary rank will disappear.
